Lane Rippers

From inside the game (fastest)

1. Open Lane Rippers and go to Options.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap DELETE.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away, and the game starts fresh as a new guest.

You need an internet connection. If you're offline, the game tells you and nothing is deleted.

Without the game

Email privacy@lanerippers.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your player name. Send it from the email address linked to your account (or the Apple relay address, if you hid your email). We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in link and email address.
• Your player profile, name, country, garage, cars and paint jobs, watts and purchased items. These can't be restored or refunded after deletion.
• Your lap records, season results, daily laps and ghost recordings, and reports made by or about you.

What we may keep

• Other players' past races you were in, with your place shown as a nameless "[deleted]" player.
• Records we must keep by law, such as purchase receipts, for as long as the law requires.
• Server logs, which are deleted automatically within 90 days.
